The Problem
You know what you're capable of, and you know how you want things to be. But for whatever reason this thing hinders you; it can feel almost as if you're not fully in the driver's seat.
Anxiety & Stress
Negative emotions such as anxiety and chronic stress can impact our physical health. Cortisol production is elevated, and all our energy goes into 'handling the threat'. This can impact normal bodily functions, digestive system, immune system, heart rate. Issues such as insomnia, jaw problems (bruxism), being overweight, lack of motivation, difficulty concentrating, panic attacks and even tinnitus can be attributed to anxiety and stress.
Bad Habits
Can be some of the easiest problems to overcome because they're really just habits. Neural pathways formed into habits. And habits are broken all the time.
Phobias
Things like spiders, flying, mice - things we know aren't rational - they are stories we tell ourselves. We can work together to resolve these. Remember, the only innate fears we have are falling and loud noises. The rest are learned.
Confidence
Do you say 'I'd give anything to have half her/his confidence'? I get it. Lack of confidence can feel so frustrating and like it can sometimes hold you back. For me this can be one of the most satisfying thing to work with, watching as the changes just grow and blossom.
